A jury took only a few hours to find Cole Lee Peters guilty of attempted murder and gross sexual imposition.
Cole Peters was found guilty on two class AA felony counts of gross sexual imposition, a class A felony count of attempted murder, class C felony counts of felonious restraint, terrorizing and domestic violence causing a serious injury.
The case was handed to the jury on Thursday, Oct. 14, returning in less than four hours with the guilty verdict.
