Police have taken a man into custody after finding more than 1,000 pounds of explosives in an occupied Williston townhouse style apartment at the Retreat Apartments complex. Court records show that one felony charge has been filed and police briefings state that more charges are pending. 28-year-old Ross Michael Petrie was arrested on Oct. 12 and put into the custody of the Williams County Correctional Center.
