David Krause, 28, has been arrested in the hit-and-run case at JDubs which occurred Dec. 5.
Krause, who lives and works in the area, was tracked down by police through assistance from two witnesses and from the JDubs staff and surveillance tapes.
There are two other suspects in the case, though they have not been arrested at this time.
Krause was charged with a Class B felony of manslaughter and a Class B felony of leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death.
On Dec. 5, Krause allegedly drove the vehicle that killed Anthony Paul Scoggins, 31, as it rolled over him while he was holding onto its back end.
