Michael Foss, 23, of Williston, was traveling southbound on a motorcycle on 20th Avenue East in Williston with Angela Snyder, 21, as a passenger when he attempted to negotiate a curve and lost control as the motorcycle went into the gravel on the shoulder of the road. The motorcycle left the roadway, and Foss and Snyder were both ejected from the motorcycle.
The motorcycle came to rest in the ditch on the west side of the roadway, facing south. Both Foss and Snyder were transported to Mercy Medical Center. Foss was cited for no liability insurance. The motorcycle had minor damage to the left side and was driven from the scene.
