"One Enchanted Evening" is Saturday, Feb. 13, at Williston's Eagle Ridge Restaurant and is being billed as “entertainment and dancing following a sumptuous feast.”
“This is not a fundraiser,” said Mercy Medical Foundation director Warren Sundet. “This is just a social evening to allow people to come out and visit and enjoy themselves.”
On the menu are prime rib with three giant shrimp, side dishes and for dessert a choice of strawberries dipped in white chocolate or mousse.
“We will have tables of 10 and when you call in your reservation, you can request who you want to sit with,” Sundet said. A cash bar also is available.
The evening kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a social and dinner is at 7 p.m. Entertainment and dancing follow the meal.
Paula Slow of Alexander is providing dinner music and is singing following the meal.
Then attendees have an opportunity to get up and do some dancing.
“We expect to go until about 10 p.m.,” Sundet said.
The event is open to any adults who wish to attend. You do not have to be 21 years of age.
The foundation is requesting reservations be made by Feb. 3 by calling 701-774-7404.
“We hope this will be something different that we don’t normally get to experience in the area,” Sundet said. “It should be a romantic evening.”
