Nancy Longtin

Nancy F. Longtin, 59, Williston, was found dead at her residence on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009.

Friends of Nancy’s are encouraged to sign the online register book and give their condolences at www.fulkersons.com. Cremation has taken place and memorial services and interment of cremains are at a later date in Walhalla.

There is a register book available to sign at the Fulkerson Funeral Home, Williston on Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Nancy Frances Longtin was born Dec. 30, 1949, in Walhalla, the daughter of Paul and Iris (Siguaw) Longtin. Her family moved to the San Francisco Bay area, where she was raised and educated.

She married Ronald Beck and continued to live in the Bay area. They later divorced and to this union, two sons were born, Robert and Christopher. Nancy worked at an olive canning factory and a gardening nursery in the Bay Area. She later married Landen Livingston, they later divorced and to this union, one son, Landen Livingston Jr. was born.

In the late 1990’s, Nancy moved to Williston, where she was employed at the Bethel Lutheran Home in the Dietary Department until ill health forced her to retire. She has remained in Williston since.

Nancy is survived by her mother, Iris Longtin, Williston; three sons, Robert Beck of Port Orchard, Wash., Christopher (Carla) Beck, Wahpeton and Landen (Melissa) Livingston Jr., Hamilton City, Calif.; three brothers, Paul (Leesa) Longtin, Corning, Calif., Patrick Longtin, Columbus, Neb., and Philip Longtin, Williston; one sister, Doris (Stan) Cooper, Orland, Calif.; grandchildren, Ronald Beck, Robert Beck, Tristan Beck, Breanna Beck and Logan Livingston; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul and brother, Perry, along with her grandparents.

The Fulkerson Funeral Home, Williston is in care of local arrangements and Nelson–Askew Funeral Home of Walahalla is handling the Walahalla arrangements.
