Francisco Barraza IV, 33, Williston is charged with one count of gross sexual imposition on Oct. 15. According to the charge, Barraza, on or about the month of September through on or about Oct. 13, engaged in sexual contact with a female individual 13 years of age.
On Oct. 16, Barraza was charged with two more counts of gross sexual imposition. These two counts are also alleged to have happened in the same time frame as the first count and also involve a the 13-year-old female.
Barraza’s preliminary hearing is at 1 p.m. on Monday in the Williams County Courthouse before Northwest District Judge Gerald Rustad.
Gross sexual imposition is a Class-A felony. Barraza is currently out on bail, which was set at $15,000 at a 10 percent to post.
Conditions of his bond are to have no contact with the victim or anyone under 18 years of age, not to leave the state unless for work purposes, to notify the Clerk of Court of any address change, not to violate any criminal laws and to appear at his Monday court date.
