Lady Tetons drop pair of weekend matches

The Williston State College Lady Tetons dropped a pair of matches Friday at a tournament held in Ft. Dodge, Iowa.

The Lady Tetons lost to Southwest Community Collete and Southeast Community College, both of Iowa.

In Friday’s opener, Southwest Community College defeated Williston State in four games, 25-23, 25-22, 14-25 and 25-19.

Brenna Coffey, Chelsea Hicks and Kilm Gilder each had 10 kills in the loss.

In Friday’s second match, Southeast Community won in five games 25-20, 20-25, 25-21, 24-26 and 15-10.

Gilder had 13 kills in the loss for the Lady Tetons, while Chelsea Hicks had 10.

The Lady Tetons also played on Saturday, but no report from their matches were available.
