" My condolences go out to the Bolken family on the passing of Bette. I had the chance to meet Bette and Carl in Yuma when their son, Doug, I, and another friend, vacationed there during spring break from college. I remember how nice she was and that great fresh-squeezed orange juice. - Wade Young "
