" Willy - if the Williston Herald wants to sell papers in Ray, Tioga, Crosby, Watford City, etc., then they'd better provide regional coverage. If they don't want to sell newspapers there, then by all means they can be a hometown paper. Of course, they won't get the advertisers from any of those towns either.

Traditionally the Williston Herald has been a regional newspaper. Unfortunately, the regional coverage has recently suffered. Their hometown coverage has never been in question - Williston High School and Trinity Christian have consistently gotten good coverage. "

" Regional paper?...it should be a home town paper first with its coverage.Read the Tioga paper it covers their town news first..the same can be said for Crosby and Watford City. "

" Good story on the Ray/Tioga game. I know you can't be at all the games, but I definitely appreciate the effort! Keep it up! This is how the Herald can become a true Regional newspaper! "
