The North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP) reported that around 6 a.m. McGrady was driving a 2000 Infinity SUV east on North Dakota 1804. He failed to negotiate a curve.
The vehicle entered the south ditch, struck an approach and vaulted.
The SUV rolled several times and came to rest upon its roof in the south ditch.
The vehicle McGrady had been driving had been reported stolen by Ashley Alexander earlier that morning. McGrady was transported to the Tioga Community Hospital by the Tioga Ambulance. The vehicle has $10,000 damage.
The NDHP, the Williams County Sheriff’s Office, the Tioga Fire and Rescue, the Tioga Ambulance, the Williston Police Department and the Tioga Police Department assisted.
McGrady faces charges of driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension.
