Layton had been sentenced to serve three years in prison with three years suspended for five years on her 2003 sentence on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, Class C felonies. The charges stem from 2002.
The petition to revoke her probation came after Layton reportedly refused to take a urinalysis drug test at the request of a Northwest Narcotics Task Force Agent and because she was socializing with known drug traffickers. These are both violations of her probation requirements, according to court records.
Layton's probation period terminates upon the completion of the two-day jail sentence.
