Several law enforcement agencies are probing a rash of burglaries that occurred sometime early Wednesday morning in Noonan and Crosby.

In Noonan, suspects broke into the Northwest Telephone building. A branch office of the Farmers State Bank, which was housed in the building, was robbed, according to a statement issued by Divide County Sheriff Lauren Throntveit. An undetermined amount of money was taken from the bank.

In Crosby, suspects reportedly broke into the Cenex gas station and both the community's grain elevators which are owned by New Century Ag. Throntveit reported an undetermined amount of cash was taken from these three buildings as well. It appears entry was gained into all of the buildings by pry bar.

Working cooperatively in the investigation are the Divide County Sheriff's Office, the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Crosby Police Department.

Anyone with possible leads about the person(s) responsible is asked to call the Divide County Sheriff's Office at 1-701-965-6461,
